Insurance
Currently, Triumph Therapy is in-network with BCBS, Cigna, and Medicaid. We can file with out-of-network insurance companies as a courtesy.
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by calling the phone number on the back of your insurance card and asking the following questions:

• Do I have rehabilitative insurance benefits (mention the specific therapy)?

• What is my deductible and has it been met?

• How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?

• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?

• Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Invoices
Invoices are sent by e-mail via our documentation and billing software. In the e-mail, you will find a link to download the invoice to your computer. Your link will eventually expire in order to comply with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) regulations. If your link expires before you download the invoice, please contact us and we will gladly send a new invoice link.

Payment
Checks can be mailed to the Triumph Therapy address on your invoice. If you prefer to use a credit card or HSA card, please contact us to request a secure payment through PayPal.
